Arwel Williams FRICS

Arwel Williams is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in carrying out professional surveys and valuation of both residential and commercial properties in the County of Gwynedd and across North Wales. He is the principal partner of Tom Parry & Co.

Arwel is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer.

Phil Williams MRICS

Phil Williams is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience, most of which were undertaken in London working for a leading commercial property advisor. Phil has been a partner of Tom Parry & Co since 2015 and has a breadth of experience in surveys and valuations of residential property; project management; dilapidations and other building consultancy advice.

Phil is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Nicola Williams FRICS

Nicola Williams is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the industry, having worked for a leading commercial property advisor in both the North West and London. Nicola has specialised in Building Surveys for a number of years. She joined Tom Parry & Co in 2018 to broaden our team of Chartered Surveyors offering professional advice from our Porthmadog office and has been a Partner since 2020.

Nicola is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Llinos Price

Llinos has been with the firm since 2019 and manages the day to day running of our Porthmadog office. She is unfailingly hard working, and offers a very professional and personal service to clients and buyers alike. She has an excellent knowledge of the local area and provides sound advice and support to all of our clients.

Kara Williams

Kara manages our Blaenau Ffestiniog office. Kara joined the firm in 2023 and has a fantastic work ethic, always providing a highly professional and personal service, based on honesty and integrity. She strives to provide our clients with excellent customer service and has a fantastic relationship with clients and buyers. 

Julie Hughes

Julie Hughes is our Branch Manager in Harlech. Julie joined Tom Parry & Co in 2015 and has been successfully widening our portfolio of properties in the Harlech area since she joined. Julie’s knowledge of the local area and property market means she is best placed to provide advice on property values and sales from Harlech to Barmouth.

Irwyn Jones

Irwyn manages our Bala office. He has a wealth of experience in the property market and strong local connections in the area. Irwyn has been valuing and advising clients on property matters for over 40 years. Together with his team, the Bala ensure clients and prospective purchasers are dealt with in a professional manner by providing a friendly bilingual service.
